hand rails

HAND ONE
PF: i open with 9To on the button in a 4 handed game. i think this is fine.

FLOP: i think he is usually leading with hands much weaker than mine here. he probably tries to check-raise the flop or make a move on the turn with hands that beat me. so if i raise he usually calls/raises with a better hand and he probably folds worse hands. also i'm not too worried about him having a straight draw and letting him catch up since i have one of his 9s.

TURN: my plan was to raise or bet most turn cards so that's what i did.

RIVER: i just don't know. i feel like if he is ahead on the river then most of the time he was ahead the whole hand. not many players at this level will slowplay something like a FH all the way till the river. i read him as weak on the flop and turn and i just don't see how the 6 makes his hand often enough. if he has me beat i expect to see T6 here more times than 89. it's $7 to win $13 so i think the pot is too big for a fold to be correct here??? how often do i have to be good here for a call to be correct? math is still a part of my game that needs a lot of improving.

HAND TWO
i think a river check is correct since hands like AQ and QK *might* find a call here. worse hands probably don't find a call here. and also, you know, the straight possibility.
