OMGLOLMAGICTIMES!

last week i withdrew some funds from pokerstars and proceeded to have three losing sessions in a row (about a 7 buy-in total loss). but it looks like today i broke the withdrawal curse!! i played for about 3 hours this afternoon and made 2.5 buy-ins. then i watched the sopranos and entourage and drank a legend beer (my new favorite local brew). then i played for another hour tonight and made a little more than 2 buy-ins.



the games have been pretty aggressive lately and there are a lot more players open raising than limping these days. i'd been kind of wanting to try a limp/reraise play. i don't *love* the play because it usually screams of AA or KK ... so i was looking for a good opportunity to pull it off for a potential big reward. this guy AAATonyKK is a weird type of nit player. he ALWAYS opens for 11XBB and when he does it's always a premium hand so when he calls my reraise here i can put him on exactly AK, JJ-AA and i have a real good idea of where i am in the hand. if the flop comes all babies he's usually getting his money in with an overpair and i'm not worrying about a set.
